Hey everyone!!!
As many of you have known, I am starting a 3 week long cleanse. This cleanse is through the compant called isogenix. I have been reading a lot about different cleanses and boy there are so many out there! But this one for me has the right fit for me. There is a step-by-step process throughout the day which gives me a daily routeine as well as pairs you with a group of people that can/ will support you throughout this journey.
As many of you know, the past couple of weeks have been very changing for myself in a positive way. Not only have I begun to start a new church, but that church has embraced me for me, and they all actually want to get to know me for me and what makes me me than the exterioir persona and judge me for being gay. Even though it has only been a couple of weeks with this small group, these people are becoming incrediblely dear to me. They want to be there to support, to love and also to see you grow into the person that God created you to be. I have not seem this kind of love in years, even while at Bethel people did not sincerly care to get to know you through and through. This is the type of love/acceptance/community God calls for us to live in.
Well the hunger is not setting in, the snacks that go with the cleanse are actually pretty tasty to tell you the truth.
Here are a couple of things that I would love if you could help me:
- Daily Prayer that this would be a time where I could not only grow more into the person that I was created to be but grow into a stronger and deeper relationship with God, and relationships with others.
- Meet for tea! (I can have as much herbal tea as I can!) lets get to know each other more!
- Encouragement.
